SELF-DEFENSE

The most effective, real world, self-defense system that was originally developed for the Israeli military and is now the preferred system for U.S. military units and law enforcement agencies.

 

At LEVEL 6, we teach street self-defense using:

• Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, and more

• Defenses vs grabs, strikes, and chokes

• Defenses vs sticks, knives, and guns

• Defenses vs multiple attackers

• Realistic training drills

• Sparring

 

Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Its quick counter-attacks and brutal offensive techniques make it the ideal fighting style for dangerous and unexpected situations. It’s also the preferred system for U.S. military and law enforcement personnel. Krav Maga is  a revolutionary self-defense program. 

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach extremely effective self-defense in the shortest possible time. Attend our self-defense classes to learn Krav Maga and defend against common chokes, grabs, and strikes, as well as more serious threats involving weapons. The instructor will teach people how to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter. Our mission is to prepare our students for any and all dangerous situations.

It's not all about learning self-defense skills and building strength and coordination in our Young Warriors Krav Maga Self Defense Program Classes. We also emphasize valuable life skills that will prepare your child for anything life throws their way. Each class includes a "mat chat" session where we discuss the importance of these life skills and explain to students how they merge with self-defense and staying active.

FIGHTING

The LEVEL 6 FIGHT program classes are for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level students. We work on all areas of Krav Maga fighting techniques: attacks, defenses, timing, feints, tactics, movements, and vision. We develop the right skills for sparring and ring fighting, but remember, the street is not the ring. The bad guy isn’t fighting for points and neither should you, so we emphasize down and dirty techniques—what is effective to win on the streets.

Our no rules system of fighting will keep you safe and help you survive a violent assault. You’ll develop the hand-to-hand combat skills needed to survive a violent assault.
